What do you like best about Zephyr Scale?

I like Zephyr Scale because it is easy to use and the UI is simple to understand. It has good integrations, especially with Jira, which makes my testing work easier. The performance is smooth and reliable. Pricing feels worth it. Support and onboarding are helpful, and the AI features give useful insights to improve testing. What do you dislike about Zephyr Scale?

One thing I dislike about Zephyr Scale is that the UI can feel a bit confusing at first. Some features take time to understand during onboarding. The integrations are good but sometimes need better syncing. Performance can be slow with large test cases.
