What do you like best about Zenya.io?

There is lot of things I loved about zenya

A platform that solves maximum problems before I had worried about my customer who is reaching to my hotel to view the property i unable to give them a better experience after zenya i update some of the facility's to my property it definitely increases my customer base 2) sometimes i was forget to send invoices to my clients on their email or sms zenya automates this system to me ... Also it reduces my labour cost and it's provides me a integrated data and handle all of my management which is quite difficult to me ... although helps me a lot

What do you dislike about Zenya.io?

There little thing i don't like a User interface when any user comes to their platform there a lot of time they need to understand all of the system and process so need to implement or improve a quick guide system..zenya provides lots of feature sometimes it's difficult to setup all of the things

What problems is Zenya.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

Solves all of my invoices problems..

Their task management system benefiting me a lot

Customer feedback and surveys gives me a better idea to update my property as customer wants
