The pricing is really good and with the unlimited users and other features, it's better than the competition. We appreciate that Zenventory is heavily engaged with their users and keeps evolving their product with genuinely useful features. The seamless integration with our third-party software and with ShipStation is also a big plus. We also had a great experience with their customer service. I personally have talked with nearly all of them and they are very knowledgeable and nice people. The initial setup, despite having some hiccups due to our complex catalog, was made smooth by their full support, training, and troubleshooting, making it pretty easy to implement. Additionally, Zenventory is great for handling multiple units of measurement automatically, which is different from other software that complicates the process.
