What I like most about Zenskar is the flexibility it gives around billing. We have some pricing models models that dont fit neatly into a standard subscription setup, and Zenskar makes it easier to manage those without building a lot of custom processes around them. The biggest thing for me was probably the learning curve in the beginning. There are quite a few options & configurations, so it takes time to understand how everything fits together, especially if you're dealing with more complex billing models.
