What I like best about Zenskar is how flexible it is when dealing with complex pricing models. Instead of trying to force everything into a fixed billing structure, it supports different pricing approaches without making the setup feel complicated. The platform also brings billing, invoicing, and revenue-related workflows together, which reduces the amount of manual work our finance team has to do. I also appreciate how responsive the team is whenever we have questions or need help configuring something. What do you dislike about Zenskar? The platform has a lot of flexibility, which is great, but it also means there's a bit of a learning curve when you're first getting started. Some workflows take time to understand if you're new to usage-based or hybrid billing models. There are also a few areas where I'd like to see more self-serve documentation and product walkthroughs, especially for advanced configurations. That said, the customer success team has been very helpful whenever we've needed guidance, so it hasn't been a major issue. Once everything is configured, day-to-day usage is quite straightforward.
