What I like most about Learn365 is its flexibility and how well it works alongside our Microsoft environment. We're able to build on the LMS using automation and our own Power BI reporting, which allows us to adapt it to the needs of our business.
I also really like that the product continues to evolve. I'm particularly interested in the newer AI functionality and seeing how this continues to improve the learner experience.
But one of the biggest positives for me is the support from the Zensai team. They're approachable, responsive and genuinely willing to work through ideas and find solutions with us. It feels more like a partnership than simply dealing with a software provider Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't really have any dislikes. If I had to identify an area that's been challenging for us, it would probably be reporting, but that's not a true reflection of Zensai or the product. We have quite complex internal systems and reporting requirements, with much of our reporting coming from Dynamics rather than Zensai. So for us, it's more about how we've structured our systems and data than something I could fault Zensai for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
