I like the course library in Zensai because it's very clean and sleek looking. The personalized dashboard is also great, as I can see my skills, completions, and learning pathways in one place. The 'perform and engage' check-in feature is handy because it feeds nicely into conversation templates, allowing for a lot of exploration. I think some of the basics need to be looked at. It seems like there's a mad focus on new features while some basics are not quite right. For example, to find out how many people are booked on a specific session, I need to click on four things and do basic math to figure it out myself. The software doesn't provide this information. Also, when someone declines an invitation, it should automatically cancel attendance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
