I like the practicality of Zensai and the time we save by conducting various trainings and placing them on the platform. This makes learning faster and reduces demand. It allows the staff to learn more quickly. The way of having quizzes is another thing I appreciate, as I can see the management of employees' grades and thus assess whether they did well or poorly, in addition to having access to records and placing people in certain trainings. I think the quizzes could be improved, done in the same way as Microsoft Forms, being able to play from a Word document into it and from this Word, being able to automatically build it. Also, improve the artificial intelligence of the quizzes. I really wish it would work in a way that allows sending from Word into the platform and it automatically pulls all the questions and answers, just like it works in Microsoft Forms.
