The interconnectedness of the modules work well; links across modules are clear. ZenQMS' webinars and trainings are extremely well done. Audit trails are easily accessible and provide useful information. Looking forward to the launch of the folder module; ZenQMS seems to hear and address the platform based on our feedback. Items that could be improved include the technical skills of the helpdesk representatives. For training-related audit trails, metadata such as time spent on training, who assigned the training, and which training item was assigned should be captured in the future. The platform’s technical glitches suggest a speed/capacity issue, as “error” messages appear frequently. All due date extension requests require several clicks before we can see the reason for the approval. External (to our instance) audit Q-sheets are accessible to our workforce, which increases the risk of inaccurate reporting. The bulk-action feature should be expanded to allow bulk modifications to “Roles.” Daily notifications are enforced, but the due date requirements/content are unclear and should be reviewed.
