What do you like best about Zenoti?

What I like most about Zenoti is having everything in one place. Our memberships and booking system sit together, so when a client comes in we can see their bookings, their membership and their history all at once without jumping between programs. That makes life easier for the team and gives clients a smoother experience. I also really value the marketing tools being built in. Being able to reach our clients through the same system we use to book and manage them saves time and keeps our communication consistent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zenoti?

What I like least is probably the reporting. There are so many reports available, which isn't a bad thing in itself, but it can get confusing knowing which one to use for what you need. Sometimes several reports seem to cover similar information, and it takes a bit of trial and error to find the right one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zenoti solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zenoti has solved the problem of having our business spread across too many different systems. Before, bookings, memberships, client records and marketing didn't all talk to each other, which meant more admin, more room for mistakes and less time with clients. Now everything sits in one place, so the team can see the full picture for each client and work more efficiently. For us, that means smoother days, better client care and more consistent communication. It also gives me access to data about how the business is performing, which helps me make better decisions as an owner, even if it sometimes takes a bit of digging through the reports to find what I need.
