What do you like best about Zenoti?

The level of support during the implementation process has been excellent. Shraddha has been extremely helpful, patient, and responsive throughout the entire setup. What do you dislike about Zenoti?

The system is very comprehensive, which is a big advantage, but the implementation can also be complex because there are many settings, reports, and configurations to learn. Some areas require a deeper understanding before they can be fully optimized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zenoti solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zenoti is helping us centralize and improve several areas of our business, including reporting, memberships, client retention, payments, employee performance, and integrations with systems like QuickBooks. It gives us better visibility into our operations and helps us make decisions based on real data. It is also giving us a more scalable structure as we grow the team and prepare for future locations.
