"Great Value, Powerful Features, and Excellent Support with Zenoti"

What do you like best about Zenoti?

Zenoti offers great value for the money. We are paying nearly the same as our previous software while gaining significantly more features, including AI integrations that can help support business growth. Appointment management and online booking have also been easy to use. The customer support has been excellent. Jeremiah was extremely helpful throughout the entire transition, making sure all of our questions were answered and everything was set up correctly. What do you dislike about Zenoti?

There is a learning curve because Zenoti offers so many features and settings. It can take some time to learn where everything is and how to fully utilize the platform, but the support team has been very helpful whenever we have questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zenoti solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zenoti is helping us streamline many aspects of our business into one platform, including appointment management, online booking, client communication, payments, and reporting. The additional features and AI integrations also give us more tools to improve efficiency, enhance the client experience, and support the growth of our business.
