What do you like best about ZenGRC?

What do you dislike about ZenGRC?
The program isn't very user-friendly. I have to try and remember what steps to follow because even the instructions aren't very clear. The last time I was supposed to review access, I never received the email for it and took some heat for not having it completed yet. I was only able to access it because I somehow found the Q1 review and was able to access it via that email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
