What do you like best about Zendbox?
Using 3PL helps us easily integrate our CRM software with our logistics center so that our orders are timely and accurate. It also allows for a lot of customization to stay on top of reporting and inventory. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Zendbox?
I wish that 3PL had a way to allow the client to cancel an order after it's been opened or completed, that becomes a hassle when you have to communicate with the other party. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
