In the past, we’ve worked with True Commerce, SPS Commerce, and others, but Zenbridge consistently pays closer attention to detail and resolves any issues as quickly as possible. They’re a great company—reliable, responsive, and one you can truly count on. **What do you dislike about Zenbridge?** There isn’t much to dislike about Zenbridge. They’re consistently professional, and they take accountability for their work. **What problems is Zenbridge solving and how is that benefiting you?** Zenbridge is now responsible for our entire EDI and API network, including our internal connections. They provided custom connections at a great price, which allowed us to fully automate our systems. Now everything works seamlessly together. ### 2. Our systems will emit one clean, semantics-rich JSON object per event, and Zenbridge takes ownership of transforming it into whatever EDI or proprietary format the partner requires. This transfers the custom mapping effort entirely to the integration layer — where it belongs — and means that onboarding a new retailer should no longer require code changes on our side but just configuration. **What problems is Zenbridge solving and how is that benefiting you?** The comunication with retailers in order to send EDIs to them ### 4. The trucking industry has a lot of legacy technology implementations and Zenbridge has a deep expertise in EDI technology and was able to take that understanding and bridge the gap between old and new tech and help us integrate customers into our platform and it is super easy to use and setup. **What do you dislike about Zenbridge?** Zenbridge has been an awesome partner to our company, nothing bad to say. **What problems is Zenbridge solving and how is that benefiting you?** They solve our EDI integration requirements with customers by serving as the bridge between us and our customers and convert EDI into API with two communication between our customers and our system. ### 6. The platform is easy to use, the documentation is clear, and the interface is pretty intuitive. We needed a custom connection to help us balance inventory data across a couple of internal tools and a third-party system and they were able to execute this task. We expected a lot of back-and-forth or custom coding, but their team was super responsive, and the platform gave us enough flexibility to make it work without a ton of overhead. Overall, Zenbridge made integrations something we don’t have to stress about anymore — which is a big win in my book. **What do you dislike about Zenbridge?** Some of the connections took longer than we wanted. **What problems is Zenbridge solving and how is that benefiting you?** Eliminated all manual work by creating API/EDI connections to mainstream all order process. ### 9. If any issues arise, they will see that they get taken care of as soon as possible. We have used them several times for different projects and they have worked well and supported them following move to production. **What do you dislike about Zenbridge?** There is a time difference between where I am and where they are... but it has not really caused issues. **What problems is Zenbridge solving and how is that benefiting you?** Zenbridge connects to several customer marketplaces using API, pulls the orders data, formats it as X12 EDI transactions, and submits it to our EDI VAN. They receive EDI transactions back from us and use the API to post shipment and order status back to the customer marketplace for each order.
