What do you like best about Zenarate?

It's very easy to use, and once you understand the process, creating new scenarios becomes very simple. I really like the idea of being able to practice realistic scenarios. It is very helpful during my classes because agents can learn how the system looks and works while also getting a realistic customer experience before interacting with an actual customer. What do you dislike about Zenarate?

Some features can be difficult to understand at first without proper guidance, and some information is still missing from the help documentation, especially explanations of technical concepts that may not be familiar to users without a programming or technical background. I also wish there were more control over AI-generated scenarios. Sometimes I only want to change one specific thing, but when I try to make that adjustment, the AI changes other parts of the scenario as well. It would be very helpful to have the option to edit specific elements without affecting the rest of the scenario. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zenarate solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zenarate provides agents with a realistic experience before they interact with actual customers. Since English is a second language for many of our agents, it helps them become more comfortable with the call flow, understand how the system works, and practice realistic customer interactions in a safe environment.
