What do you like best about Zenarate?

I love that this platform removes the element of feeling self-conscious about practice and developing new skills. It's not often that a learning environment can be created where it's safe to struggle and learn from your experiences to become more confident. The team at Zenarate are so quick to action things and easy to work with. They are always available for questions and willing to share helpful recommendations. What do you dislike about Zenarate?

In the current state, it's not very helpful for tenured colleagues who may not need the full support of practice in a Guided and Unguided format. It would be more impactful if the AI Coach customized its language to provide detailed and specific feedback for the learner on where they are going wrong. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zenarate solving and how is that benefiting you?

For onboarding, it's allowing colleagues the opportunity to practice advice conversations and soft skills in a safe environment before they are customer-facing.
