What do you like best about ZenAdmin?

I've been working with ZenAdmin at Agriportance for a while now and their support has been exceptional. During our ISO 27001 certification process, ZenAdmin proved to be an invaluable sparring partner, offering practical guidance on how to implement critical compliance requirements. Their insights helped us navigate the complexities of certification with ease.

Additionally, their efficient setup of devices and flawless coordination of logistics for our remote employees have made a significant impact. Every machine reached our team promptly and was configured perfectly to support our operations, which has been crucial for our distributed workforce.

What do you dislike about ZenAdmin?

There were a few isolated instances where some team members were initially concerned about the lack of status updates during problem analyses. What problems is ZenAdmin solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a founder, I needed to offload the burden of IT administration and device management so I could focus more on product development. At the same time, I wanted a solid cybersecurity setup for our endpoints and globally distributed employees. We required a reliable partner who could handle everything from device setup to logistics.
