What do you like best about Zelt?

The platform is intuitive and easy to use for both admins and employees. It’s well organised with a clean, modern design, and setup is straightforward, so admins can achieve a great deal with minimal effort. The modules integrate seamlessly, which significantly reduces the workload on HR teams when managing people. Setting up workflows, such as onboarding and offboarding, is simple, cutting down on administration and creating a smoother experience for employees. On top of that, the team at Zelt are genuinely supportive and helpful. They’re quick to respond, happy to help with any questions, and make you feel looked after as a customer. What do you dislike about Zelt?

The platform is constantly being updated, and these changes are steadily making the system better. The Zelt team genuinely listen to customer feedback and regularly add new features to improve the product. What problems is Zelt solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were previously using a system with poor integration between HR and payroll, which created a significant administrative burden. With Zelt, we wanted to make things simpler and easier for our admins. We were also looking for a user-friendly interface that would encourage employees and managers to complete important tasks, such as reviews and return-to-work forms, which they had been reluctant to do before. Finally, as some of our employees work irregular shift patterns, we needed a way to track and approve their hours and link them directly to payroll.
