What do you like best about Zelt?

It's a very intuitive system, easy to navigate and adaptable to your business needs. You can create practically any report you could need and the support is very thorough, the team work hard to make sure the system works well for your needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zelt?

We have had some issues regarding the view of rotas meeting our operational needs. We are a care provider with staff working across different teams and services and are using the system doesn't show things as we need fully yet but are working on adaptations to meet these needs. What problems is Zelt solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zelt have just resolved an issue we had regarding linking to our bank to make payroll payments. The service / rota view is being developed. We feel very confident that the team understand our needs and are working with us to bring updates. We also process our payroll very differently and have worked closely with the team to find ways to manage payroll in the interim with a view to processing differently in the new financial year.
