Seth, the rep that took my call today, was congenial, helpful, knowledgeable, and all-around great. He anticipated my needs and was patient and thorough in his explanations. I asked the same questions several times because I was confused about the start-up phase/process. He clarified what was important and offered to walk me through the process.
