I have worked with Lorie P on getting multiple Tax IDs set up to get enrolled in Zelis Payments, and she makes the process so smooth and easy. She is so kind and I look forward to having to set up a new account to get a chance to talk to her. There is a fee for using Zelis, but it is less than our card processing system charges, so we're open to it as it still saves us money. Enrollment can be a hassle with long wait times if you don't have someone like Lorie that you can reach out to directly. Overall, the positives far outweigh the negatives.
