What do you like best about Zego?

Zego's seamless integration payment platform not only provides instant transaction processing you can view in real-time, their customer service is extremely responsive when occasional payment errors do occur. I have always resolved any payment issues within 30 minutes or less when reaching out to Zego's customer service center. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zego?

I really don't have anything 'negative' to report per se but I would like to see the date range widen when performing historical searches on deposit transactions to assist with deposit reports and/or bank reconciliation research over multiple months. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zego solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a Commercial Real Estate professional, Zego's integrated payment platform allows our tenants to make easy online rent payments with ZERO additional admin work to post or process! Zego's integrations with our accounting software receives, posts, & records the rent payments made by our tenants and ultimately deposited into our bank by Zego.
