"Zefort’s Visual Interface and Powerful Search Make Finding Anything Effortless"

What do you like best about Zefort?

I really appreciate Zefort's clear and visual interface. What I like most are Zefort's exceptionally powerful search capabilities, which are highly versatile. The free-text search makes it very easy to find anything, it locates everything I need. The filtering options and the saved searches created from them are extremely helpful in my daily work. What do you dislike about Zefort?

One thing I find slightly frustrating is that an individual user cannot get the full benefit out of the system. For example, when a user has been assigned activities with deadlines, there is no clear way to view only their own activities, instead, the user has to go through all activities assigned to everyone. Additionally, Zefort has a great dashboard feature, but it cannot be configured to show an individual user's view, it only displays a general overview. What problems is Zefort solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zefort has significantly improved our contract management. Previously, we used a different contract management system, but we were never able to integrate it into our daily operations. It was too complex, and no one knew how to find contracts in it. When we adopted Zefort, it proved to be remarkably easy to use. Users do not need to familiarise themselves extensively with the filters, because the text search itself is highly accurate and effective, and users can also take advantage of saved filters and search functions. I have monitored user logins and noticed that Zefort is used very actively across our organisation. Our contracts are now properly under control, and we receive reminders at the right time and to the right people, just as they should, ensuring that all actions required during the contract period can be carried out successfully. Your point about individual activity and dashboard views makes a lot of sense. I've forwarded your feedback to our Product Designer, Mariana, who is currently working on improving the dashboard experience.
