Zeffy provides everything I had in a very expensive fundraising platform for two years, but it's FREE!!! The support is great during onboarding.

I am able to maintain a contact list, track donations, send emails, raise money, and create quick and easy newsletters, all at no cost to my non-profit.

My favorite feature is Communications, where I can navigate and design a newsletter much like I would use Canva, Word, or PowerPoint. I can drag and drop images, select text boxes for headers and text, and move elements with my cursor. It's actually easier than other formats I've tried.

I can also send an immediate thank-you letter with a tax receipt to any donor. Then, when I have time, I can send a personal message or follow-up note to repeat donors, large-sum donors, etc.

The software is so intuitive that I rarely need to go to the help page, but it's invaluable when I do.

I have trouble using a template, renaming it, and creating a new newsletter. A button or direct instructions in the software would be helpful to save me from having to go to the help page. (I only send a quarterly newsletter and forget how it's done). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
