We are very pleased with Zeffy. It's easy to use for both the charity and the donor, and donations are credited to our account in a timely manner. We also appreciate that Zeffy allows the donor to choose their "tip" amount. Plus, the custom questions, such as whether the donor would like to be on an appreciate list saves us a step. I wish that Zeffy would ask donors if they have company matching funds and if Zeffy could accept DAF and stock donations. If Zeffy could drive more people to donate to our charity or offer matching gifts, that would be great. So far, we have received donations only from people in our network.
