Zeev has features that greatly assist in daily activities, such as an out-of-process rule engine, allowing a rule to be reused in various processes, an easy-to-use integration engine, and the ability to use JavaScript in the form to customize the user experience are the differentiators. The recent feature of being able to integrate with an external AI agent is also of great value.

Support is fast and efficient, with most responses given on the same day, which increases confidence in the product.

I believe there are some opportunities in Zeev, such as:

- Reorganizing the form into columns so that it is not too extensive for the user;

- The possibility of adding field filling rules within the form, so that it is not necessary to create an external business rule;

- Removing the form from the frame in which it is inserted, increasing the screen for the user to improve the experience;

- The possibility of an anonymous external user being part of the process;

- Improving Zeev's audit log to enable, for example, the tracking of sent emails;
