What do you like best about ZEDI?

ZEDI software is easy to implement and effortless to keep updated. The support team is incredibly collaborative, offering quick resolutions and responses, which is essential for maintaining smooth order flow on tight timelines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZEDI?

Nothing, I have been using ZEDI for nearly 2 years and have found them very good, particularly when comparing them to other EDI providers I have worked with in the past. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ZEDI solving and how is that benefiting you?

They offer resolutions to blockers in our system. If a table is not updated, they quickly let you know the issue and how to resolve this, so you can troubleshoot this and get the orders flowing through the system. They offer guides and training on how to keep everything up to date. They also work with our finance system partner on maintaining tables ensuring orders and invoices are getting to our customers and co-mans. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
