There is no down side to offering this to our employees. And all the additional perks are great too! **What do you dislike about ZayZoon?** When I signed up as an employer, I tried to get information in advance of our start date so I could give our employees a heads up. No one at Zayzoon was able to give me the satisfactory info I wanted, so I just had to create my own info to send out. We just wanted to give our employees a heads up before they got the welcome email from Zayzoon and that concept seemed foreign to the Zayzoon people I reached out to. **What problems is ZayZoon solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest solution is offering employees the opportunity to borrow against their next paycheck at minimal cost without having to go through predatory lending. ### 2. It also doesn't require any internal management. ZayZoon does it all. This is important for a small business with limited resources. **What do you dislike about ZayZoon?** We haven't encountered any downsides to the product. I think the most important thing to remember is that, as an employer, you need to reinforce that ZayZoon does have fees and a specific structure for paying back funds. Its all about educating your employees. And, ZayZoon provides those materials. **What problems is ZayZoon solving and how is that benefiting you?** It provides a benefit that we would not have otherwise had. ### 4. The reporting and tracking are very transparent and make it easy to manage the benefit (almost self managing). They also reach out to the employees with their own marketing making it easy to communicate the benefit to our employees. **What do you dislike about ZayZoon?** I have not had anything that I dislike so far. **What problems is ZayZoon solving and how is that benefiting you?** We offered an early pay benefit prior to 2020, and this was a great start to continuing that benefit but with better service. We hope it is also offering a competitive benefit advantage for recruiting. ### 5. My drivers don't have any issues with it, which is great. Plus, the initial setup of ZayZoon was super easy for me. **What do you dislike about ZayZoon?** Sometimes I'm not able to support the drivers or there's no number to know what's going on. Maybe once I know how the system works, I'm able to explain to them, but I don't really understand. Maybe because I didn't read all the stuff that I'm supposed to know. **What problems is ZayZoon solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use ZayZoon to let my employees access their pay before the two-week period, solving the problem of long wait times for their salary. ### 9.
