What do you like best about ZayZoon?

While the benefit to our employees is immense—the ability to save on late fees, overdraft fees, or the embarrassment of coming to us for an advance—the value to us as a company is also significant. ZayZoon integrated easily with our payroll system, and access was quickly granted to all employees. There are no costs, liability, or risks for us as a company.

Anyone can participate, including hourly, salaried, 1099, and part-time EEs. Employees can sign up and access ZayZoon’s features easily through the mobile app. More than half of our employees have used ZayZoon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZayZoon?

Only downside I can think of is the portion of your available pay is between 30-70% of your next paycheck, which is based on their algorithm to calculate the available balance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ZayZoon solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rolling out a new benefit can be challenging, especially when employees aren’t even aware it exists. ZayZoon makes onboarding straightforward and sends SMS invites to employees so they know about their new financial wellness benefit right away. It’s also helped us stay competitive by offering an all-in-one app with workplace communications, rewards and recognition, and money-saving perks—supporting retention, engagement, and overall employee satisfaction.
