Zavanta provides easy access to all our employees to see procedures and make sure they are always viewing the most recent version. Being web-based, it's easy for anyone to access and it's nice to be able to link procedures together and navigate quickly. It has lots of customization which allowed us to build something that meets our needs. But it also has good controls in place to make sure only qualified people can make necessary changes.
