The vast majority of our laptops are MacBooks. We used to spend a lot of time chasing people to close and update apps like Slack / Chrome etc. for critical updates. It was draining! Zappl has changed that. it gives the user a clean bar on their screens and they can see what needs updating. they can defer for a period if they are mid meeting or in other important work. its all very neat and tidy and easy for everyone involved. We deploy Zappl through Jamf to all our devices. its performance has no visible impact on the MacBooks, running in the background and end users don't need to know its there until an update is needed, then it just works! with over 1100 pieces of software in their catalogue, you will be hard pushed to find something that is not in there.

Just to talk about the support behind this - the team at Dare Technology are incredible. Dare have been our support partner for Jamf and Zappl for a number of years now, and their support has been second to none. Their response times are excellent and we have a dedicated Slack support channel with them too. Dare set Zappl up for us and continue to support it as we grow and new software is released.
