What do you like best about Zapier?

This program seeks to automate activities and actions ranging from generating an alert when a specific email is sent to automatically post on social networks. Zapier has a simple to use interface, simple to use and also attractive for the organization of the windows of the same, this program also enables the collection of information about the interactions between different apps and save it in an external document, for example, a spreadsheet. Zapier is a very intuitive program for anyone, in fact, it is not necessary to receive any training to be able to use the different tools and features it has for the user. The sum of several features make it versatile and dynamic, in addition to reducing the amount of repetitive tasks that usually demand a lot of time and resources, for example, simultaneously, instead of the traditional way, publish information in several social networks. What do you dislike about Zapier?

The biggest disadvantage of Zapier is that for the moment it does not have an app for more convenient use, particularly on cell phones. In addition, in one of its past versions I had many problems with certain tools that were not working properly, however, these problems vanished after several suggestions from the technical support staff and once reinstalled the app did not exhibit failures again.
