What I like most about Zapier is how easy it is to automate repetitive tasks without writing a lot of code. Connecting different apps and setting up workflows is pretty straightforward. I especially like the trigger-and-action setup because it makes the whole process easy to understand. Once a workflow is configured properly, it can save a good amount of time on tasks that would otherwise need to be done manually. It's also useful that you can test workflows before using them. One thing I don't like about Zapier is that the free plan feels quite limited, especially when you want to create more advanced workflows. Some useful features require a paid plan, which can be a bit expensive for smaller projects. Also, setting up basic automations is easy but troubleshooting a workflow when something goes wrong can sometimes take more time than expected. Apart from that, it works pretty well for most simple automation tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
