"Zapier Is The Tool That Acts As The Glue For My Business"

5/5

What do you like best about Zapier?

Zapier is a platform that is reliable and I like the fact that you can connect apps that are natively not compatible such as your course platform and your email list with a platform like MailChimp. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

I don't really have an dislike but wish you could make more Zaps connections on the lower tier plans. But I like that they are making adjustments as time goes by for each users need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?

My course platform Thinkific doesn't come with email marketing included and have to purchase through another vendor. It makes the process tedious at times but think thanks to Zapier it doesn't take long to collect email list monitor payments and see where my clients are connecting from along with the products they purchased.

As a user of the platform for the past 3 years now and have created 15 courses I can see how this platform has evolved. I especially enjoy the Ai commands and allowing it to update everything on file because it can feel overwhelming especially if its your first time on the platform. It also notified you when there is an error in once of the channels and if it ever gets disconnected for any reason. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
