What I like most about Zapier is how easily it connects the different platforms we use, particularly HubSpot and Slack. It makes it much easier to automate repetitive tasks and keep information flowing between systems without having to manage everything manually.
I also really like being able to build workflows step by step and test them as I go, which gives me confidence that everything is working as intended before switching them on. The error notifications are particularly useful because I know I'll be alerted if something stops working rather than having to constantly check.
The interface is clean, intuitive and easy to navigate, even when setting up more complex workflows. Overall, it's a great tool for saving time, reducing manual admin and making our everyday processes more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One of the biggest downsides of Zapier is how quickly the costs can increase as you start building more complex automations. It's great for simple tasks, but once you need multiple steps, filters or more frequent updates, the pricing can become quite restrictive. I also find troubleshooting failed automations can be time-consuming, particularly when it's not immediately clear why something hasn't worked. More transparent pricing, clearer error messages and greater flexibility on the lower-priced plans would make a real difference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
