What do you like best about Zapier?

Something I love about Zapier is that it is easy to use. It's not a complicated automation tool. You can easily use it to automate tools with the help of the AI built in it, which is great whenever you get stuck. The initial setup is very easy because it's well explained from the trigger part to the action button. And when you get stuck, the AI in Zapier helps to solve the problem. I also appreciate that it makes work easier and saves time by automating tasks and reducing errors, especially those caused by fatigue when doing manual tasks. What do you dislike about Zapier?

When you are using the advanced part of Zapier, like the 'code by Zapier' and other features, it can get hard. I wish they would create a course to teach people how to use these advanced features. Also, when they make updates, like in the formatter and utility parts, it can cause issues with the past setup and cause confusion about what you already know about it.
