"Power Diary Is A Game Changer For My Business!"

What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?

Power Diary is an affordable EHR that also offers a CRM and text messaging service. Templates are available for SOAP notes and can be customized to meet any need. I provide medical massage, personal training, and nutrition services so I needed an EHR that could be flexible to meet the needs of all three of these wellness areas. I also wanted a client portal so that clients could schedule their appointments and pay before their appointment. This is a crucial feature, especially for my virtual client appointments. Power Diary is very user friendly, customizable, and integrates well with Stripe to accept payment. It also offers 1-way sync with Google calendar. In addition, it provides text message reminders to clients about their appointments. I was able to create a custom email template with links to online forms within Power Diary so that clients could complete their COVID-19 form, Informed Consent form, HIPAA acknowledgment form, and Client Registration with Past Medical History form - all directly within Power Diary! This is an excellent feature because clients can complete all forms before their initial assessment with me. I can review their forms in advance and spend more time coaching or treating my client. I've had at least 4 different EHR systems before using Power Diary - Power Diary is by far the easiest to implement AND the most affordable! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?

The main downside of Power Diary that I can think of is that it does not currently offer 2-way sync with Google calendar. 2-way sync would allow any appointments that I have in my Google calendar to also show automatically in Power Diary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zanda (formerly Power Diary) solving and how is that benefiting you?

Power Diary solves my problem of having a customizable EHR that allows me to document multiple disciplines: medical massage, personal training, and nutrition. Power Diary also allows me to create packages so that I can sell multiple appointments at one time AND it allows me to sell products. Power Diary allows me to create appointments for different locations, too. I see clients in my office and virtually so if I want to designate the location, then Power Diary allows me to do that. Power Diary also allows me to request that clients purchase their services before their date of service. They can pay at time of scheduling through the client portal or I can email them an invoice so they can pay online. This is imperative for virtual clients because it ensures that I get paid for my time and it reduces the likelihood they will cancel or no show their appointment.
