## Zanda (formerly Power Diary) Reviews
  ### 1. Worst Customer service EVER

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ivan F. | Licensed Acupuncturist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

Functionailty (when it works)

The functionality is in depth and somewhat intuitive, but often parts of it don't work or are changed without notice, and this is disruptive.

**What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

The lack of customer support.

I am often gaslighted by the support team who drag their feet to get anything done, and are more worried about pink banners and name changes than fixing basic functionality.

All I can imagine is the owner spends his time patting people on the back for dramatic statements of flair within the software, whilst annoying customers with taking forever to get anything done.

If only they'd operate ethically - putting the prices up without notifying their ustomers then blaming the customer for turning off their ridiculous 3 million emails a week two years prior for not receiving the email update and thus not being aware.

This is after being told they don't send important notices via email, they will come via the Facebook group or the software.

The support and 'customer service' in this software is rubbish.

If you're looking to get a new clinic software, avoid this one.

**What problems is Zanda (formerly Power Diary) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Notes, appointments and automated booking, and technical issues.

**Official Response from Irina Shvetsova:**

> Hi Ivan, thank you for updating your review. We’re sorry to hear you remain unhappy with your experience.

We communicate important product and pricing updates through appropriate channels, which may include email, in-app messages, and our Facebook user community, depending on the nature of the update.

  ### 2. Powerdiary is like having an assistant

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karen M. | Psychotherapist In Private Practice, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2022

**What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

I use this for my clinical will. It gives me peace of mind knowing that, in the event of my incapacity, my clients can be notified securely and confidentially by my clinical executor, who can access everything remotely.

It also makes it easy to send forms and agreements to each client and supervisee, and I appreciate having templates and notes available in one place. The weekly reminders help me stay on track, and overall it saves me time and keeps me organized.

I love that I can use my logo and branding colours, and I can send invoices and receipts without hassle. Rarely is there an issue, and when I do need help, staff support is responsive and helpful. The pricing is okay for me as a sole practitioner, and it gives me a professional edge over other sole practitioners.

**What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

Not being able to schedule emails to send.

I also haven’t been able to find a way to use my own email address with my domain name (via ProtonMail) to send emails. Because of that, I only use the email feature for auto reminders and for sending invoices and receipts.

I can’t get the Zoom integration to work properly with my own Zoom account. I can hear clients, but I can’t see them. I don’t have the time to sort this out right now, so I’m still doing the links manually and sending them out separately from my proton mail email as scheduled emails

**Recommendations to others considering Zanda (formerly Power Diary):**

Easier to use and more comprehensive than many systems I looked at and more customisable.

**What problems is Zanda (formerly Power Diary) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easier for me to track payments because I manually enter them on the calendar. As I said above, for my clinical will. Sending reminders. I havent used the client portal for client bookings as I want more control over my diary. Storing my notes electronically; forms including 2 very long ones for my chronic pain and chronic conditions clients. This has proved to be very useful and time saving. Makes it easy to send out overdue reminders when payments aren't on time as they look like automatic emails so saves me having to chase or feel embarrassed

**Official Response from Irina Shvetsova:**

> Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful and detailed review. It’s genuinely meaningful to hear how Zanda is supporting not just your day-to-day work, but also something as important as your clinical will. Knowing that it gives you peace of mind and helps you stay organised, secure, and prepared really speaks to why the platform exists in the first place.

It’s great to hear how much value you’re getting from forms, templates, reminders, and invoicing, especially as a sole practitioner. That sense of having everything in one place and running smoothly is exactly what we aim for, and it’s wonderful to hear it’s making a real difference in your practice.

We also really appreciate you calling out the areas that haven’t quite worked as expected. Scheduling emails is something that is on our development roadmap, so please look out for our release announcements.

We understand that using a custom domain email (like ProtonMail), and getting Zoom fully set up are all important parts of your workflow, and it makes sense that when those don’t feel seamless, it adds extra effort back into your day. While some of these setups can depend on external providers or specific configurations, they’re absolutely things our team can help you work through step by step. If and when you have a moment, reaching out to support could help get your Zoom video working properly and explore options around email setup, so you can get closer to that fully streamlined experience you’re aiming for. Please reach out via support@zandahealth.com to organise a free troubleshooting settion when you are ready.

Thank you again for your kind words about the support team and for recommending Zanda to others, it means a lot. Warm regards, Irina.

  ### 3. All-In-One Platform with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leah F. | Clinical Supervisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

I use Zanda for diary management, allowing new clients to book into diary slots. I also use the invoicing and email messaging functions, as well as automated tasks and letter templates to keep things electronic. I like the integration with Zoom for video calls. Zanda provides a multifunction aspect in one place, including invoicing and messaging clients via email and text. It includes a video platform where I can store and create forms and letter templates, all in one place. It's really great that I can connect Stripe to it. I like the automations I can set up, which help with appointment reminders, and they save me time and reduce wasted actions. The library of video tutorials is really helpful, and the responsive support team assists me via chat or email.

**What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

I think the diary function can be improved in terms of visuals, you don't always know that you are in the right week in your diary. As it's not always very clear. Creating diary slots could be made easier and have better functionality

**What problems is Zanda (formerly Power Diary) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zanda keeps data confidential, boosting client confidence in security. It centralizes features like invoicing, messaging, video calls, and forms, saving time and reducing wasted actions. I appreciate the automations and integration options, making everything convenient and multifunctional in one place.

**Official Response from Irina Shvetsova:**

> Hi Leaf, thank you for your lovely review! We're so glad to hear that Zanda helps you manage everything in one place—from automations to secure client data storage—and that you're enjoying the upgraded Zoom integration.

We also appreciate your feedback on the calendar view. We're looking into ways to make it clearer and more user-friendly, so thank you for pointing that out.

It’s great to know Zanda supports your psychotherapy practice with ease and peace of mind. We're grateful to have you with us! Warm regards, Irina

  ### 4. Zanda’s Easy Scheduling and Reminders Make Clinic Admin a Breeze

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

The most helpful features of Zanda are its easy scheduling tools, such as a simple button to create recurring appointments, individual appointments, and group appointments. If I need to reschedule, it’s straightforward to drag and drop, with details easily edited in the side panel. The automated SMS and email reminders are perfect for staying on top of sessions. It’s also helpful that Zanda allows custom note templates and email templates to be created. Overall, it has the best features for an allied health clinic, as it supports multi-practitioner calendars that are visible at a glance, Medicare billing, and easy admin.

**What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

Staff onboarding may take some time while everything is being configured; however, the video tutorials can help support the process.

**What problems is Zanda (formerly Power Diary) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automation reduces manual admin, freeing up more time for client care while also easing staff workload. Automated SMS and email reminders help improve attendance and reduce no-shows. Zanda centralises key functions—such as scheduling, billing, notes, forms, and emails—into one system, making information easier to find and cutting down on duplicate data entry. Digital forms and electronic records further improve efficiency, accessibility, and overall document management.

**Official Response from Irina Shvetsova:**

> Hi there, thank you so much for your detailed review! We’re glad to hear Zanda is making clinic admin easier, especially with scheduling tools for recurring, individual, and group appointments.

It’s great to know features like drag-and-drop rescheduling, the appointment side panel, automated SMS and email reminders, custom note and email templates, multi-practitioner calendars, and Medicare billing are all supporting your allied health clinic’s workflow.

We’re also pleased to hear automation is helping reduce manual admin, ease staff workload, improve attendance, and give your team more time for client care. Bringing scheduling, billing, notes, forms, emails, and records together in one place is exactly the kind of efficiency we want Zanda to provide.

We appreciate your feedback about staff onboarding taking some time while everything is configured. We’re glad the video tutorials have helped support the process, and if your team ever needs extra guidance, our support team is available at support@zandahealth.com.

Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience.

Warm regards,
Irina

  ### 5. All-in-One Practice Management With Great Value

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pebble P. | Occupational Therapist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

It allows us to be efficient with our practice management and provides us with good value for money. We are able to complete our bookings, session notes, forms, invoicing and medicare claims all on the one platform. The AI features also support us by enhancing our quality of notes.

**What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

It is not super user friendly on handheld devices (i.e. phone) which can make accessibility hard when not in clinic. We have also had a few issues with our transcripts deleting and having to start session notes again

**What problems is Zanda (formerly Power Diary) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It supports us with our invoicing and booking of appointments. The recurring feature also saves our admin staff time as the invoices generate automatically.

**Official Response from Irina Shvetsova:**

> Hi Pebble, thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We’re glad to hear Zanda is helping your team manage bookings, session notes, forms, invoicing, and Medicare claims in one platform, while also providing good value for your practice.

It’s great to know the AI features are supporting the quality of your notes, and that recurring invoices are saving your admin team time by generating automatically. Those small efficiencies can make a big difference across a busy practice.

We also appreciate your honest feedback about using Zanda on handheld devices and the issues you’ve had with transcripts deleting. We understand how frustrating it would be to lose transcript content and need to restart session notes. If this is still happening, please reach out to our support team at support@zandahealth.com so we can take a closer look.

Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience and feedback.

Warm regards,
Irina

  ### 6. Secure, Timely Notes with Handy Email Templates and AI Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cassandra C. | Occupational Therapist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

Zanda gives me the ability to deliver my notes in a timely manner. It also feels secure, which helps me keep all my client records and files in one place. I also really like using the email templates and the AI features.

**What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

The AI features can feel a bit clunky, and sometimes the transcripts don’t save properly. I’m also unable to use Zanda properly on my phone, which makes it harder to rely on when I’m not at my computer.

**What problems is Zanda (formerly Power Diary) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They support our company in maintaining confidentiality and privacy. We can also do everything within one program, which makes it easier to manage our work in one place.

**Official Response from Irina Shvetsova:**

> Hi Cassandra, thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We’re glad to hear Zanda is helping you complete notes in a timely manner, while also giving you a secure place to keep client records and files together.

It’s also great to know you’re finding value in email templates and the AI features. Having these tools available in one system can make a real difference to how smoothly day-to-day work gets done.

We also appreciate your honest feedback about the AI experience, transcripts not always saving properly, and the difficulty of using Zanda on your phone. We understand how important it is to have reliable tools, especially when you need to access your work away from your computer. If transcript saving is still causing issues, please reach out to our support team at support@zandahealth.com so we can take a closer look.

Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience and feedback.

Warm regards,
Irina

  ### 7. Zanda, biggest time saver!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mental Health Care | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

There are so many features I love about Zanda, it's hard to identify just one!
Session packs have been really helpful, form scoring has been an awesome way to track progress of my clients and AI scribe for notes has literally saved me hours a week!

**What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

I’ve noticed that appointments can currently be added from Zanda’s side, but not from Google’s side. It would be very helpful to have two-way functionality so appointments can be created and synced from both platforms.

**What problems is Zanda (formerly Power Diary) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zanda has helped us tackle one of the biggest challenges of running a business: time management. Having appointments, client records, notes, billing, and communication all in one place has made our workflow far more streamlined. It saves us time, cuts down on admin work, and keeps day-to-day operations running much more efficiently.

**Official Response from Irina Shvetsova:**

> Hello, thank you so much for this wonderful review! We’re so glad to hear Zanda is helping your team save time and keep daily workflows running smoothly.

It’s great to know session packs, form scoring, and BizzyAI: Scribe are making a real difference, especially with tracking client progress and reducing time spent on notes each week.

We also appreciate your feedback about Google Calendar syncing. Two-way appointment creation would be a helpful workflow improvement, and we’ll make sure this suggestion is shared with the team.

Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience.

Warm regards,
Irina

  ### 8. Easy, Customisable All-in-One with Automated Text Reminders

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

Easy to use, intuitive with great features like automated text message reminders. Can be used on a phone or laptop. Like the fact that it is customisable and you can add your own assessment forms. Also like the fact that the system does patient notes and invoicing all in one place.

**What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

ZANDA can be slow to load and often freezes.
I find it hard to manually update when my invoices are paid as you can't click back or forward between unpaid invoices in date order. Having to update each invoice and then start the process of finding unpaid invoices all over again every time is a pain.

**What problems is Zanda (formerly Power Diary) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a patient notes and invoicing system in one place is helpful. helps to avoid missed appointments by texting clients the day before

**Official Response from Irina Shvetsova:**

> Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to share such thoughtful feedback. We’re really pleased to hear Zanda has been easy and intuitive to use, and that features like automated SMS reminders, customizable assessment forms, patient notes, and invoicing are helping you manage key parts of your practice in one place.

It’s also great to know you can access Zanda from both your phone and laptop, and that the reminder texts are helping reduce missed appointments.

I’m sorry to hear you’ve experienced slow loading and freezing. That’s understandably frustrating, especially when you’re trying to keep your day moving smoothly. If this continues, please contact our support team at support@zandahealth.com so we can help investigate what may be causing it.

Thank you as well for your feedback about manually updating paid invoices. I can see how needing to return to the unpaid invoice list each time would make that process more time-consuming than it needs to be. We really appreciate you calling this out, and I’ll share this feedback with the team. In the meantime, once you've generated a list of unpaid invoices, please open each invoice in a new tab, to keep the original list from closing and to avoid the need to run it every time you need to update a new invoice.

Warm regards,
Irina

  ### 9. Zanda Does Everything We Need for Online Booking and Reminders

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joanne h. | Nervous system practitioner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

i find that it does everything I need in a online booking system, text reminders, email reminders, booking online, paymen integration, note taking made easy, session packs, there's nothing I can't do with Zanda

**What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

I can't auto generate a report; eg: I'd like to run a monthly outstanding report, but not have to generate it myself. I'd like to set it with paramaters, and have it send it straight to me
IT's NOT a huge deal though, for the rest of the functionality it has

**What problems is Zanda (formerly Power Diary) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

they already solved it, helping the online booking be branded for my biz

**Official Response from Irina Shvetsova:**

> Hi Joanne, thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re glad to hear Zanda is giving you the tools you need for online booking, reminders, payments, notes, and session packs all in one place.

It’s great to know the branded online booking experience has been helpful for your business, and that Zanda is supporting the way you manage bookings and client communication.

We also appreciate your feedback about scheduled reports. Being able to set report parameters and receive a monthly outstanding report automatically would be a useful time-saver, and we’ll make sure this feedback is shared with the team.

Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience.

Warm regards,
Irina

  ### 10. Streamlined Practice Management for Psychologists

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amy . | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

I like the ability to color code appointment types, which helps us manage different referral types like DVA, NDIS, WorkCover, TAC, private referrals, and Mental Health Care Plans. The color coding allows us to see at a glance the type of referral and distinguish between consultations such as school meetings or parent sessions for the pediatric population. It's also easy to manage Mental Health Care Plans and referrals with session packs. I appreciate the online registration and consent forms, which have eased the tiresome paper trail and are appreciated by clients who can complete forms on their phone or device. The online registration forms have made setting up new clients easier and more timely.

**What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

It would be great if clients could automatically be sent a reminder when they are up to their last consultation of their Mental Health Care Plan. We have to manually enter the clinician's email - it would be easier if there was a drop-down option here. Also, when sending emails from Zanda, it is frustrating that we can not enter an occasional email. I recently had to email a letter to a school counselor (as a one-off), but there is no easy way to do this.

**What problems is Zanda (formerly Power Diary) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zanda efficiently manages our psychology practice, handling diaries, bookings, and reminders. The color-coding helps with referral types, easing the paper trail with online forms, letting clients do them on devices. It fast-tracks new client setup, but needs better email options for reminders and occasional contacts.

**Official Response from Irina Shvetsova:**

> Hi Amy, Thank you for sharing such a thoughtful review. We’re so pleased to hear Zanda is helping your psychology practice manage referrals, appointment types, Mental Health Care Plans, session packs, and online registration forms more smoothly.

It’s great to know the color coding and online forms are helping your team reduce paperwork and make new client setup easier for both staff and clients.

We also really appreciate your feedback about Mental Health Care Plan reminders, clinician email selection, and sending one-off emails to occasional contacts, such as school counselors. We’ll share them with our product team as we continue improving how practices manage communication and client care in Zanda.

Thanks again for taking the time to share what’s working well and where we can make the experience even better. Warm regards, Irina.
