I have tried a lot of tax software and all of them have support offshore and are very difficult to communicate with. Zamp's support has been excellent in the USA and people actually care about your business with no language barrier! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is not much to be unhappy with but no one likes the cost, but so far they have been excellent for me. I hate dealing with sales tax, I like to run my business not deal with accounting and Taxes. I can trust Zamp unlike others I have tried like Avalara and Tax Cloud, where there's little to no communication and Avalara did not even have someone assigned to my account for 6 months before I realized things were not being filed correctly and ended up costing me a fortune, worse yet try cancelling with Avalara!
