What do you like best about YunoJuno?

A streamlined platform that’s very easy to use, with a simple, user-friendly interface. It has a solid system for searching the marketplace for new talent, as well as for signing up existing talent. Onboarding process is fairly simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about YunoJuno?

It’s useful having IR35 determinations built into the platform, but the process can sometimes get held up and cause delays with the contract. The live chat bot is usually helpful, although I often have to go through the AI bot first, which doesn’t help, and have to then ask to be passed on to a human. What problems is YunoJuno solving and how is that benefiting you?

Streamlines how we contract freelancers, including IR35 status determinations. Payments to freelancers are quick and easy, and the universal contract terms are simple. We can adjust them when needed, but we have a solid base that works well for everyone. The platform is easy to use alongside our own programs and existing workflows.
