What do you like best about Yummy FTP?

Yummy's dual-pane interface is very intuitive, and I also appreciate the way it integrates with drag and drop from the Finder. Bookmark management is nice, too (and it can sync bookmarks across multiple computers through Dropbox, Google Drive, or iCloud). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Yummy FTP?

Every now and then, Yummy will automatically connect to a site when I launch the app. It's not a big deal, but it can get annoying, especially when it's not a site that I'm currently working on. I'm not thrilled that the App Store version is 32bit only and that I need to buy directly to get the 64bit version, but it's so inexpensive that I really shouldn't complain. What problems is Yummy FTP solving and how is that benefiting you?

While much of my FTP/SFTP publishing is automated, I often use Yummy to verify uploads and manually manage files on my remote servers. Remote QuickLook makes it easy to see which media files I've uploaded. I also take advantage of its remote file editing capabilities, which can be a real lifesaver when you need it most (and it lets you choose your favorite local app for editing remote files).
