I like how versatile the app is with the activities that is offered. They help me to stay active on a daily basis and also exercise my mind. I also really enjoy the vouchers that are offered and like that I have a variety of places that I can redeem my coins. I currently don't have any downsides to YuLife. The only thing I can mention is that they changes the coin reward system on the activities which means if there is a meditation I want to do in the morning and again at the evening I do not gain as many coins the second time around.
