What do you like best about YourGPT Chatbot?

We use YourGPT Chatbot to build and manage different agents for different workflows, instead of trying to make one agent do everything. Each agent has its own role, knowledge, and actions, and we can deploy them across WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, and our website. Having the multi-agent and omnichannel setup all in one place makes it much easier for us to manage and scale our AI workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about YourGPT Chatbot?

Nothing major so far. The platform keeps improving. I’d mainly like better controls for monitoring and managing more agents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is YourGPT Chatbot solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have customer conversations happening across multiple channels. Managing them separately was taking too much time. With YourGPT Chatbot, we can create different agents for different needs and run them across all our channels. It’s cut down a lot of manual work and made everything much easier to manage.
