What do you like best about YourCause from Blackbaud?

It’s helpful to have a one-stop shop for recording volunteering hours, creating group volunteer events, issuing incentives, and managing our donation-matching program all in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about YourCause from Blackbaud?

The search function for organizations can be a bit clunky - sometimes I have to try multiple different search terms (or even filter by location) to find the organization I am looking for in the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is YourCause from Blackbaud solving and how is that benefiting you?

When I joined the company, we were already customers of Blackbaud, but I have heard from my colleagues who were a part of the onboarding process that everything used to be done manually via Excel sheets. I can only imagine what a nightmare that was. As a company of 18,000 employees around the globe, I cannot imagine our programs running at their current scale without YourCause.
