What do you like best about Your360 AI?

I've run and used a lot of 360 tools as a people leader, including ones where the same raters filled out the same survey every six months. It got painful fast and stopped feeling valuable. Your360 is different because it's voice. Nobody has to type anything, which makes it so much easier on the people giving feedback.

My favorite part is the phone call option. Raters can have Tam call them right away or schedule a call for later, then give feedback on a walk without staring at a screen. It feels less like work, and I think it's the best answer I've seen to feedback fatigue.

I went through my own 360 and it helped me turn a long-standing theme into something concrete. Tam helped me land on a small, specific action, and I started it right away. I also used the admin side to invite a few of my coaching clients, which was simple to set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Your360 AI?

What problems is Your360 AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Traditional 360s ask a lot of busy people, so you get rushed, surface-level answers - or lack of reviews at all. Your360 makes giving feedback feel easy and natural, and it helps the person receiving it move from insights to action. It's also helpful that there's an AI coach participants can talk with to ask further questions and get advice beyond attempting to navigate a static document on their own. This benefits me because I know that 360 reviews will be more effective and actually create lasting change compared with the traditional way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
