What do you like best about Youmanage?

The system is incredibly easy to use, and includes everything you need to track the day to day HR requirements of your employees. From training records to absence management, including the ability to track Bradford Scale scores. It can be set up as a self service system for all your employees to update their details as well as request holidays, and the customisable dashboards allow you to access all key data at a glance. What do you dislike about Youmanage?

Honestly I cannot think of anything about Youmanage that I would class as a “dislike”. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Youmanage solving and how is that benefiting you?

The key feature for me is the ability to use the Bradford Scale to track absences, and then create an absence management log that holds all the history pertinent to that absence. It’s allowed me to manage absences easily and proactively, and has resulted in a decrease in short term frequent absenteeism. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
