I like how automated Yotpo’s review collection is: post-purchase emails go out on their own, so I don’t have to manually chase customers for feedback, and the review widgets just work once installed. Real reviews on product pages help build trust with new customers and boost conversion. Photo and video reviews make our pages feel more authentic and trustworthy, and the onsite widgets look more polished. I also appreciate the analytics for tracking review volume, ratings trends, and review performance, and the e-commerce integration that syncs reviews automatically without manual uploads. Setup was fairly easy: the integration took a few clicks, and the default widgets worked out of the box. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The pricing tiers can feel steep once I want advanced features like loyalty or SMS, and I’d like a more gradual middle tier so smaller stores don’t have to jump straight to an enterprise-level plan. Customizing the review widget beyond the basic options sometimes means digging into CSS; a visual editor with more layout, font, and color controls would make simple tweaks easier. Migrating our historical reviews took a bit more effort and some back-and-forth with support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
