What do you like best about Yotpo?
Reviews function well, requests are sent out to customers and they submit reviews, it doesn't require any maintenance at all. We get an email notification if someone submits a review under a certain number of stars. I also like the ability to quickly and easily give a customer a rewards voucher, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Yotpo?
Yotpo does not have the option to automatically email someone if they are given a reward voucher. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
