What do you like best about Yooz?

What I like best about Yooz is that it makes the invoice approval process much more organized and easier to track. Invoices can be received electronically, reviewed and coded in one place, and then routed to the appropriate person for approval. It reduces manual follow-ups and makes it much easier to see where each invoice is in the process. I also find the integration with QuickBooks helpful, as it reduces duplicate data entry and keeps the supporting invoice documentation easily accessible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Yooz?

The main downside is that there can be a learning curve at the beginning, especially when understanding the invoice coding, approval workflow, and how the integration with QuickBooks is set up. What problems is Yooz solving and how is that benefiting you?

Yooz is helping reduce the manual work involved in accounts payable, especially receiving invoices, tracking approvals, and entering information into the accounting system. It gives better visibility over outstanding invoices and makes it easier to follow up on items that are waiting for approval.
